However, your satisfaction is important to us! If your property manager identifies cleaning concerns following our service, we are happy to return and rectify eligible issues at no additional cost.

To arrange a return clean, customers must notify Ally’s Treehouse within 72 hours of receiving their property manager's inspection report, providing supporting evidence such as photographs or a written inspection report outlining the concerns.

Complimentary rectification is assessed on a case-by-case basis and applies only to areas included in the original agreed cleaning service. It does not cover additional cleaning requests, areas excluded from the original quote or issues arising after the clean was completed.

We recommend providing your property manager's cleaning checklist before your booking so we can ensure the agreed cleaning requirements are addressed from the beginning.

At Ally’s Treehouse, we offer surface mould cleaning on suitable non-porous surfaces, such as bathroom tiles, grout and shower areas, where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

However, we are not licensed mould remediation specialists and do not undertake structural mould removal or treatment of mould that may have penetrated walls, ceilings, plasterboard or other porous materials.

If mould appears extensive, recurring or potentially caused by moisture or water damage, we recommend having the area assessed by a qualified mould remediation professional before booking a clean.

Please note: Surface mould cleaning does not guarantee that mould will not return, particularly where underlying moisture or ventilation issues remain unresolved.

We encourage customers to provide photographs of any mould-affected areas when requesting a quote so we can assess whether the cleaning is within the scope of our services.
